At IENA Art & Gifting, we design and manufacture contemporary glass bottles in India for vases, perfumes, jewellery and decor. Every piece is handcrafted, so small variations in shape, finish and colour make each one unique.

No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

We serve customers in many countries, and every order is placed after a complete sample check. Before ordering, we encourage you to:

Review the product photos, sizes, materials and descriptions carefully

Request a sample or additional photos or videos if you need them

Confirm quantity, colour, size and customisation details with us in writing

Because buyers approve the product before ordering, we are not able to accept returns for:

Change of mind

Colour, shade or size preferences after samples were approved

Small variations that are natural to handcrafted glass, such as tiny bubbles, slight differences in thickness or finish

Orders placed in error

Import duties, customs delays or refusal of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellation

Orders go into production or packing soon after confirmation, so they cannot be cancelled once placed. 

Shipping, Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in their own country, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Please check your local rules before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or couriers.

Refunds

Refunds are given only in cases approved under the damaged or incorrect items section above. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
